HOW WE WORK
Operational procedure execution (phase-bound). Weeks are based on the Standard package (Time-to-Award ≤ 14 wks). Advanced (≤ 20 wks) and Complex (≤ 26 wks) scale proportionally.

THREE CLIENT DECISIONS
1 / Procurement Concept
End of Phase 1. You approve: scope of requirements, procedure type, budget framework, and target vision. By this point we will have completed market analysis and concept development.
2 / SIMAP Publication
Before Phase 3. You approve the completed tender documents, including eligibility and award criteria, as well as the draft contract. Following your approval, we publish on SIMAP.
3 / Evaluation Report & Award
After Phase 4. You decide between the top offers on the basis of our evaluation matrix. We implement the award decision.

All decisions, bidder communications, and approvals documented in an audit-proof manner. You have ongoing read-only access.
Use of AI
Exclusively on enterprise-grade services with no model training on client data. Confidential documents only in tenant-isolated environments.
Compliance Guarantee
Formal procurement error on our part → successful appeal → we cover procedural costs up to the package fixed price, repeat the procedure free of charge, and pay a 10% contractual penalty.
Chinese Wall
We work exclusively on the contracting authority side. No mandate on the bidder or supplier side, whether in ongoing or parallel procedures. In the event of a potential conflict of interest: immediate disclosure and, if necessary, withdrawal from the mandate.
